   Beautiful room, very attentive staff (and lots of them — perhaps too many). The food is very good, of course, but not as creative as (and significantly more expensive than) the food in some other comparable London restaurants. But that may reflect the overhead costs: there are few places in London (or anywhere else in the world) as expensive as Park Lane.

   This is an exceptional restaurant however customers should be very careful when ordering. The waiter introduced the menu to me and then offered to my business partner an additional item to a main course - truffles. He did not indicate the price. The meal was good but when the bill came there was a charge of £157 for the truffle shavings. Outrageous. I expected to pay more but nothing like this. It ruined my night.

   Very traditionally French with a few expensive ingredients but nothing we would go back for or haven’t eaten much more interesting and tasty somewhere else. Don’t get me wrong: Technically it was perfectly executed and staff was so professional, but we missed the heart and fire. Not even beautifully presented… quite a disappointment.

   It's easy to see why this restaurant received 3 Michelin Stars! From the skill in food preparation to the first-class service received from the staff, you won't find a better overall experience at many places. Everybody was accommodating, answering questions, educating us about each wine and dish from our tasting menu, and escorting us to the restrooms which were located in another area of the hotel, I will definitely try and come back on our next trip!

   Fabulous restaurant. The only complaint is with the wine pairing with the tasting menu. While the wines were all outstanding the individual pours were too big. Needless to say we were quite tipsy by the end of the meal.

    Most disappointing fine dining experience for me ever, having visited a fair few Michelin starred places. Food was unimaginative at best and downright poor at worst - at least the wines were very good and sensibly priced. But the worst thing when we gave feedback on the experience, was that the staff actually got quite aggressive and interrogated us about each dish even after being quite specific about what was wrong. For the life of me, cannot recommend this place.

    One of the best restaurants that we have ever been to. The atmosphere was smooth and tranquil. The food was spectacularly tasty and well presented. Everyone in the restaurant has carried out the perfect service. Flawless, praises all round, cannot fault them. We would love to come back many more times.

    The service was impeccable , not at all stuffy. The food showed real skill both in execution and presentation . Loses a point only for the lack of any real innovation - very standard French. Can’t fault the tastes and flavours just needs a bit of a wow factor.

    The hotel of the restaurant is under renovation and therefore the restaurant is only accessible from the back entrance, which is also a smoking area. Not very appealing especially if you dislike the smell of cigarette and having to make your way through a crowd. The staff at the front desk were very nice, kind and welcoming. The restaurant itself has a nice ambience with modern but elegant decor. Our table was somewhat hidden between two doors, which made it feel quite private but hence we had the view of the whole restaurant/ other tables, which was nice. With the exception of the amuse bouche and the appetiser, I found the dishes visually unappealing and most of them ‘écœurant’. I really had to force myself to finish them. The quality of the ingredients was exceptional, but all the different items mixed together and with the sauce, the dishes were definitely not to my liking to say the least. As I said they were ´écoeurant’. However, what made our experience very disappointing was the service. After the meal and asking for the bill, we had to wait at least 20 minutes until someone looked at us and we could ask for the bill again. Nobody came to check if we were OK, if we needed anything, they were busy with other tables. In addition, few days prior to the dinner I was asked by the restaurant if we are celebrating anything. I happily shared with them that I am celebrating my first birthday outside of lockdown. For this occasion, they kindly put a candle on the dessert from the menu. Nothing creative, nothing special, nothing memorable. A candle on the dessert that was part of the tasting menu. Oh, and placed in front of my husband!!! Not me. This was just the icing on the cake. We have been to numerous, 1, 2, 3 Michelin star restaurants all over the world. This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had. Surely, this is a birthday dinner I will never forget! For all the wrong reasons unfortunately.

    Best experience ever. The food was exquisite, the staff was friendly, courteous and timing was perfect. It was a pricy experience for us as we usually don’t spend over £400 for fine food. We do not regret though. We feel blessed and privileged to have been able to enjoy this moment.

    Fantastic experience. Cannot fault anything. Would thoroughly recommend a night out. The service and food were truly world class. Best meal my wife and I have ever had. Even got to meet Jean Phillipe and the staff. A truly amazing evening!!!

    Service and ambiance were very good, and the various dishes, although excellent, needless to say, were stylistically too similar to be as interesting as they might have been. With a 3 star Michelin rating, one would have expected a bit more imagination. And, just for the record, the prices are astronomical.

    This was our 2nd time at the restaurant and it was as good as the first time. We had the tasting menu which was heavily fish which suited us. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Most of the guests were British as on the last time but I’m sure that’s not the case in non pandemic times.

    I had high expectation of this restaurant but I was not impressed unlike other Michelin place.. The lady who served us champagne was very warm and attentive but rest of the waiters who served our table only attentive to my friend...

    Another fantastic lunch at Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester. Food, wine and service were all amazing. Have never been disappointed whilst dining there and still one of my favourite restaurants in London.

    The service was very good but none of the staffs wear a mask so see if you are comfortable with it. Food wise, amuse bouche and the starters were good, but nothing special. The main was just acceptable - overcomplexed the boar so any meat with that sauce prob taste the same. Dessert were the highlight, chestnut and yuzu was good, the chocolate was perfect - complex texture and flavours balanced just right, rich, smooth but not heavy. The drinks were good too. Overall we were happy with the meal.

    I have been to many Michelin starred restaurants so had high expectations. I thought the tasting menu was average, none of the courses were unique and I didn’t experience anything new. Don’t get me wrong, it was very tasty but as I sit here a week later writing the review I do not recall a single dish.

    Excellent service, beautiful restaurant. Food very good but missing that wow factor. For the price point and 3 Michelin stars you expect to be blown away. For example the fish dish was nice but safe.

    The level of service and quality of food is as you would expect from an establishment and chef of this calibre, 5 star throughout. We did the taster, which compared to some of its peers, was a little more expensive, but the courses were well laid out and complimented each other perfectly. Service was impeccable. HOWEVER, guys, sort the beer selection out. How can you have one of the finest wine lists around and then *only* serve Peroni (screams mid tier Pizza restaurant, it wasn't even Grande Reserva) and London Pride (anything but, in my opinion) London is full of great local craft brewers; good grief, even a visit to the local Tesco's can turn up a couple of cracking beers. Lockdown is no excuse when you can still have a 25 year old champagne on the books. I can't drop a star because of it, but it was close.
