The elegantly decorated room provides the perfect setting for a private or business seated dinner. We had not been here since pre-Covid. This place hasn’t missed a best. Start with the wonderful welcome by the hostess. Guided to comfortable seating. And then the food. Oh, the food. Utterly phenomenal. I had the lamb Osso Buco, which, even with a big appetite, I couldn’t finish. Tender, tasty. My favorite thing on the menu. My wife had Gorgonzola gnocchi which she dreams about. She could only eat half and took the rest home. 10 out of 10. Maybe 11.

Wonderful restaurant. Delicious food, surprisingly reasonable prices considering the food and ambiance. And our server, Wendy, was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and made great recommendations. A gem in the middle of Duval Street.

The menu is traditional. We asked for a recommendation and was steered towards the ossobuco. Now I love a great ossobuco and the offering was large and generally tender. But the sauce was very greasy and the accompanying veggies and mashed potatoes not well integrated. Caesar salad had a single anchovy. You get the idea. This place is overrated.

Antonia's never fails to be anything but delicious. There are so many wonderful dishes on the menu and each one is mouth-wateringly good. The atmosphere is classy and it is definitely a restaurant to celebrate special occasions. We also love dining at the Bar with TK and that alone is a superb experience. I had the lasagne, which is different that most, but I love it. My friend had the tile fish special, which she said was really good. Ordered cocktails before and wine for dinner. Devon is a wonderful waiter. Love this place.

Everything we ordered was excellent. The service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this restaurant for delicious quality food and service. The wine choices were good. We only had wine but I noticed several different cocktails around that looked great.

Very good! Great service. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Got the seafood linguini, chicken Milanese, and the pasta with peas and prosciutto. Also had the buratta (must get) and the escargot!

I grew up in a household where we mainly ate Italian food. Everything I had at Antonia's was excellent. Being gluten-free now, I was disappointed that they did not offer that option for pasta. They were very accommodating when I ordered a fish dish that they were able to modify to a delicious gluten-free dish. Charging for bread is ridiculous, even though the others in my party ordered it. Our wait person, Wendy, was fantastic, although it did take her almost 15 minutes to come to our table once we were seated.

Good fresh scallops and shrimp. Our calamari was fresh and sautéed without any breading to compete with the fresh flavor. Chef Victor treated us to a surprise tasting of grilled scallops and tender steak.

Hidden, in plain view, gem of a restaurant. We live here full time and Antonia's has become our go-to place when we want a quality meal in Old Town. The menu is organized as you'd expect from an Italian restaurant. Over time, we've had most of the dishes on the menu and specials and have always been extremely pleased. We also enjoy the quality bar along with their very decent wine list. Staff is extremely attentive without smothering you. Everyone seems to pitch in to provide superb service. We like too, that the tables are properly spaced. It's not like you are sharing a meal with the table next to yours. And the noise level is really easy on the ears. In short, this is the kind of place you'd kill to find while traveling. Can't recommend enough.

We love Antonia’s and come here every time we’re in Key West. Once again it didn’t disappoint. The only negative was the corkage fee went from $25 last year to $50 this year. There’s bottles on their list they don’t even make $50 on.
