Hildee's celebrates the Texas Hill Country and Southern regional cuisine highlighting central Texas ranchers and farmers. Ryan Hildebrand with Chef Pat Sommers and Pastry Chef Caroline Ramirez focus on locally sourced ingredients following the seasons with creative interpretations of traditional southern cuisine. Located adjacent to Blue Hole Park just a mile from the Wimberley Square, Hildee's offers a comfortable, casual setting, a covered patio, indoor seating, full bar, and a play area for our younger friends.
