Expensive, but you get what you pay for. The food is amazing and the service is very good as well. The mixed drinks menu is lacking, but overall a 4/5 experience! We had reservations through OpenTable for 4 for a birthday and we will be returning.

Living between NY and Baltimore since Azumi opened, it has been my go to and consistent place for great sushi and service in Baltimore ... over the past 7 years, I’ve entertained many people to celebrate birthdays, good times and special moments. Tonight was utterly unacceptable and completely disappointing. 2 weeks ago, management slipped me a card and said please let us know whatever you need and whenever you need a table. Tonight, complete apathy, after a disorganized, non communicative service experience. Atlas Group, you let a strong and faithful customer down. NG

Great food

The food was wonderful. However, their ability to stick to COVID guidelines was horrendous. We arrived at 8:15 and the place seemed approximately at 50% capacity...not the 25% capacity Baltimore is allowed right now, but it wasn't so much a big deal to me. There were "Reserved for social distancing" signs at about every other table. By 9 pm, those signs were gone and every single table was filled with people. Not to mention a very loud table behind us which the wait staff stood with talking, masks down, and taking shots. For what we paid to eat there, I am hoping I also did not pay to get exposed to COVID simply because this restaurant doesn't care about its guests.

Azumi is an excellent dining experience. The food, staff, and service were overall very good. However, if I were to add one critique, if you aren't careful you can become quickly overwhelmed with food. The courses are served very quickly. Before you've finished one course you are being served two more. Also, it is not the cheapest place in town but if you are looking for a great place for a special evening, I highly recommend Azumi.

This was our first time at Azumi and we had a wonderful night. Our server was very helpful and offered great options for us as we’re learning more about sushi. Food arrived hot and everything was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be planning to come back again, thanks for a great night out for two tired parents!

Horrible experience for Valentine’s Day. First and foremost there was NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. The place was packed to the gils! When the waiter was taking the table next to mine order her rear end was a foot or two from my face. There was a $90 per person minimum with a very small menu. The waiter kept trying to take our plates when we weren’t finished. He did not refill our water. We had to keep asking for refills. The sat us at a table that was entirely too small and close to other tables. We asked to be sat at a booth once other couples left. The waiter informed us that they were completely booked. Yet no one ever came and 4 booths remained vacant the ENTIRE time we ate. To top it all off the portions where extremely small. Horrible experience

Visited this restaurant on Valentines Day. Food is a little pricey, however the food, service and atmosphere was amazing. Definitely coming back!

So good to be out and about. The staff made sure we were COVID safe. Menus were disposed of right away, contact tracing was enforced and most importantly the meal and service were impeccable.
