We were seated and waited over 10 minutes just to be greeted. Someone finally took our drink order, but after 20 minutes of waiting, our beverages never arrived. We decided to leave and went to Benihana in Dearborn instead, where we had amazing food and service.

Service was slow, no one came to our table to bring drinks or waters for at least a half hour and then when the hibachi chef came to our to to cook the grill had not turned on which delayed our dinner by another half hour. Our dinner took almost 3 hours. Not fun with an 8 and 10 year old !

The only reason I’m giving this a five star is because of Chef Will. He made our experience nice, fun and also food full of love. Everything was delicious from the rice to the entrée. I appreciate his kindness and patience! Thank you Will!
