We picked this place because they had a early dinning menu. When we got there, they said the items on the menu were not available. When I asked about it, they produced the menu and it had the same items as the dinner menu. Not sure why we weren't given that other menu in the first place. Our steak was like leather (prime rib) and the fried shrimp was salty. The waitress disappeared and I had to track her down. Didn't get an offer to refill my water (empty half way through the meal) until we were leaving. My hamburger was tasty. Will not be returning.

I have eaten here for over 35 years and this is by far the worst meal I have ever had at this restaurant. To be fair, I am only comparing this restaurant to itself. This had always been my go to place for special occasions because the food, service and atmosphere had always been exceptional, until now. My first concern was that the parking lot and exterior of the building appeared to be in a very run-down condition. Secondly, there was an odor of dirty, wet carpets throughout. In our party of 4 the two steaks were very thin and overcooked. The BBQ ribs were just above room temperature and came with less than 2 ounces of BBQ sauce. The salmon was OK. The appetizers were adequate and the deserts were also adequate but less than half the size they were in the past. This experience was not what I was expecting. I won't be back.

Our server was perfect. The bartender was also very attentive and made sure our drinks were complete. The dessert wasn't so good. The creme Brule was salty!!! Yuck!

After walking in and realizing the place smelled of mildew, I should’ve been wise and walked away. They were out of many items the food we did order, was just par. Realizing that everyone was complaining, I asked the manager if I would be satisfied with my meal she assured me that everything was going to be OK. It was not. My steak was terrible other party members food came out either cold or overcooked. The server struggled to deliver anything together. Everything just came one hand one trip at a time we had to endure our meal with gnats and flies. And then upon getting the bill, I was overcharged on stuff that they did not even have they still put it on my bill. Needless to say this makes a bad mark on Black Angus To me and I probably would never go to any Black Angus after this experience. John B

Gnats everywhere all over our food landing in our drinks ,on my face . The manager comped our ticket but I feel as though we shouls have been warned prior to seating since they were aware of this problem. When we first notified someone it was a middle aged blinde woman who was likely an assistant manager as she wasnt in uniform. She was quite snappy and dismissive the GM was helpful.

Decent food but the worst service! Waitress took forever to bring appetizers, entrees and refills. Also kept forgetting to bring items we requested.

Don't expect it to be open for much longer no longer have tap beer available quality of food has gone down no pumpernickel bread before meal also prime rib was flavorless will not be going there again.
