The food was cold two of the drinks were undrinkable my steak had a long piece of gristle in it and you couldn't make any changes to how your steak was cooked. There was no manager in sight and the waiters never stopped to ask how the meal was. There were other problems than these but I felt they were minor. I won't be going to anymore events like this in the future.

Dirty, tape on the seats due to wear. The food was ok not what I would expect for the price. Ordered prime rib and there was more fat and gristle than edible steak. Presentation looked like it was just tossed on the plate. They had a very large golf cart parked right in front of an exit door. The server was very pleasant and did great. Sad to say but my wonderful memories of such a special place in my youth has been shattered.

McKenzie was our server. She is a delightful person and an excellent server! Supplies at the Puyallup Black Angus continue to be low. No molasses bread. No coffee of any kind, regular or decaf. How does a restaurant not have coffee available for customers to enjoy with dessert?

I was looking forward to ordering a filet mignon. Couldn't believe that a "steakhouse" did not have any filet mignon for a 5:30 PM reservation on a busy Saturday night.

Amazing experience with Joe as our server! Didn’t realize things could move so quickly and still be perfect. Joe had a lot of tables but he was extremely efficient and attentive. Appetizer, food, and dessert in about an hour. Incredible!

I’ve been going to Black Angus, since I was 19 years old, I am currently 69 years old. The food has always been exceptionally great. The cost has always been a great value for what you get as well. Overall, I would most definitely recommend trying their food, as it has always been outstanding!!!

My wife's steak was nearly raw, requested medium, steak knives provided were nearly worthless. Other than that, the experience was OK. We've been to Black Angus several times over the past several years and this place is not as good as it used to be. We'll have trouble eating here again. Also, you should have some kind of a dress code. Many people were poorly dressed, old dirty work clothes, real short shorts, etc. G J Shilling
