The hostess and waitress were exceptional. We had forgotten how good Black Angus was! So many great memories made in the past with family. Brought them back!

We made a reservation for two, but it still took over 20 mins to get seated. Service was slow at the table. There is a grilled chicken plate that they have at lunch which used to be on the dinner menu and they still let us order it which was nice, but why remove a chicken plate from the menu? The same chicken is available with ribs, so just continue to offer the chicken plate, and not the half chicken. They missed plating our sides so we had to have those brought out separately. We’ve been here several times and it is a favorite for special occasions. This time, everyone was nice as usual but the whole experience was a little annoying with how long the whole process took.

Overpriced for everything, biggest issue was that they charged $3.99 for a tiny side of bbq sauce and $3.99 to grill onions that came with the burger. Never experienced anything like that at any other restaurant. Service was also extremely slow.
