Brick & Bottle is a Michelin guide recommended classic Californian fare restaurant in Madera. While the menu is exceptional, a popular favorite is the prix fixe three-course meal which changes to take advantage of whatever is freshest. There is also a happy hour menu in addition to the dinner menu. There are a number of notable items on the Brick & Bottle dinner menu. For example, the house ground beef burger is made with a combination of short rib, chuck and brisket for an exceptional flavor. A number of add-ons are available to customize your burger to your liking, such as brie, coleslaw, three types of aioli, fried egg, avocado, blue cheese, goat cheese, caramelized onion and more.
