Creo que el servicio en la parte de abajo del restaurante es demasiado malo, cuando te sientan en el segundo piso la atención es mucho mucho mejor

A great experience as usual. The only complaint is the seasoning of some of the meats was a little bland. Server was very attentive, the waiters bringing the meat were frequently at the table. Salad bar was outstanding. Overall, great experience.

Food was excellent. Salad bar was fresh and had many variety of vegetables, meat and salads. Meats were seasoned well and delicious. I highly recommend Chimas.

While the meat is amazing, the salad bar is also the star of the this steakhouse! The food selection is stellar and the presentation is excellent.

We liked the food and ultimately enjoyed ourselves. The drinks were great. Servers were fast at rotating the meats to each table, but we noticed the same ones coming around and the others we had to ask for took forever to come. The salad bar was good and cheddar bread was delicious. The biggest downside was that it was super loud so we had to yell to talk to each other or hear our waiter.

Very good experience . Servers and staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the menus and general how to when visiting the restaurant . Managers and kitchen managers are always accessible.

Food was good, our waiter Trey provided fantastic service. However, the servers bringing the meat out were great at first, but seemed to deliberately slow us down by skipping our table after a while, even though our placards were turned to yes/ready for food. I had kids I had to take to the bathroom a couple of times so I was only half full before they slowed us down. It wasn’t like they were very busy as it was late on Sunday night and the floor was maybe 1/2 full. Wish they wouldn’t have skipped us that many times so we could complete our meal sooner.

To be honest… for that price you would expect your server to at least to pick up your dirty plates, our lamb was not good at all and it is very strong so we went a grab new plates to not spoil other meats, set dirty plate to the side and server came by multiple times but never took them. We had no space for nothing. I had to pile them up and asked him to take him (twice). We had to pretty much beg him for our drinks… we were sitting for 10-15 and already eating and our drinks were not coming. At the end he made sure I knew that tip was not included in price which in most restaurants is not. Food was not bad, but Ed is not the best server.

The server we had was super helpful. Even though we had a 9:30pm reservation she made sure we were able to try all 15 selection of meats. We celebrated a birthday and she even reminded us to take pics for memories. Will come again.

This was my first visit to Chima and my first visit to a Brazilian steakhouse. We visited for my moms birthday and my whole party talked about our visit for weeks and months later. We had such an amazing time! The ambiance was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (with it being my first time) and the service was fast and quality! THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC!!! It was unlike any food I’ve had before! Would highly recommend this restaurant and I can’t wait to visit again!

We had a reservation at 8pm on Thanksgiving Day. Staff tried their best to accommodate every one but you could see they’d been exhausted from working all day, and were clearly short staffed because of the holiday. My biggest complaint was they’d come all at once with the meat then not come again for at least 10 minutes. We had to keep asking our server, who was very busy, to keep sending them back. For that price range, that’s not how a Brazilian Rodízio should be. Like I said, food was good, so hopefully it was just because of the holiday.

We love Chima more than any other restaurant we've ever been to! Thanksgiving was absolutely amazing service-wise and food-wise (as always.) We look forward to returning soon.

This was our first year eating out for Thanksgiving, and thanks to the great service and delectable food at Chima - this may be a new tradition! All the servers were great and friendly, especially Eddie! This now ranks a top holiday memory. Just a note, the sparkling water is not free.

The reservation wait was short and we were seated promptly. Jaylen was the waiter and provided excellent service. He was energetic yet patient and made the experience great. Kudos to Jaylen and the restaurant experience.
