CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

    went for my birthday dinner with family and was treated very nicely and they had a special dessert and card for me, which was really nice.

    The food was good but a little on the cool side when it arrived. My husband had the burger and onion rings and the burger was great but the onion rings were cold. I had the cod and the flavor was amazing but again the dish was a little on the cool side.

    Amazing service! Friendly staff went above and beyond. We had appetizers, steak dinner and we so full we couldn’t order dessert. They offered to send it as take away even though it was gratuitous. We will be back!

    The service was great. Launa was short handed but took care of us very well. It was my colleague's birthday and she said it was the best present that she received for her special day. She told me that it was the best steak that she had in a long time. See you guys soon again!

    Our servers were fantastic-friendly and attentive. We had a very large group (18) and there were only a couple food items we didn’t particularly care for. They set us up in the back of the restaurant in our own quiet space. The ambiance was perfect for our celebration (2 grads) Overall, pretty impressed. The cherry on top was our male server who looked like a young Lenny Kravitz :) super cool dude! Thanks Chop for making our graduate’s celebration very special!

    Amazing service, culinary, and management team. Food was excellent as always! The smoked ribeye with a lobster tail and the oven roasted chicken were popular dishes among our table. Thank you Chop!

    5 stars! I had friends visiting and took them for a steak they’d never had before. We had the Butcher’s Block with appetizers and wine. Ruby was incredible, suggesting the wine and made sure we were well taken care of. All of our courses were excellent. My friends are still raving about dinner last night. Well done!!
