Exelente servicio y calidad
La comida riquisima
El personal muy competente y servicial
Wow es el mejor lugar en donde puedes tener una cena romántica, a la persona que me acompañó ese día le encantó
Food and service was GREAT! Server was very polite and attentive. We’ll definitely be coming again.
Minor detail that might be upsetting to some, valet parking ONLY as most people no longer carry cash. I didn’t find this information anywhere on the website.
Another disturbing thing, personally, were the restrooms. For such a nice place with high traffic, restrooms should be checked on regularly.
Overall very good a bit pricey for the drinks and food.
We waited 40 min passed our reservation time for our table to open. Unfortunately, we were seated next to “kids” table of a rather noisy gathering.
We mentioned to our waiter that we were celebrating a birthday… no birthday treat offered ☹️ For our guest of honor. Food and drinks were delicious.
The food and service view were amazing
Good food, good drinks. Fun time😊
Loved it! Best atmosphere and the food is beyond delicious. We had the seas food paella, best we’ve ever had!
We made reservations for 2 and when we arrived no tables were available other than the bar or to be seated in a big ball room
The food was great and the service was very good. The food was a little slow to get to us but worth the wait. I wasn't a fan of the vallet since they told me I had to vallet and couldn't park myself in that empty lot lol
great food and service quick. Definitely will return
I was super excited to have dinner here but coming into the check-in desk I realize that this was not a professional setting. Several ladies were hovering over the desk laughing and drinking Starbucks. They did even pay attention as they check-in me in. Then I waited for over 15 mins for the waiter to come and take my order. I had to call some else to have him call the waiter because he forgot about us.
The food was tasty but the check-in desk needs more professional people. My expectations were high for this place, but they felt short.
Everything was delicious! Service great and view is always outstanding. It’s been a long time since we visited Coco Palm and will definitely return.
Short staffed so not sure why they still took reservations. We made a reservation but there were no tables when we got there. We sat at the bar and no one helped us for 20 mins. They found a table outside next to piled up dirty dishes. My husband's food came out wrong and mine never came. 2 large parties there so it was so loud it sounded like a club.
My food was very salty. And my calamari was luke warm.
Food and service was very good. Not many people when we went which was nice (weekday lunch). Will return sometime for dinner.
We always enjoy ourselves at Coco Palms. NYE was spectacular.
Went for New Years for the first time let’s just save the review short and it wasn’t worth the money. I wanna give it a chance with its regular menu but I’m not sure if the price reflects the quality of the food rather it’s location on the side of the freeway. Also clean your windows. Paying for a dusty view is not cool.
Amazing. Social distancing was strictly followed. Food is as expected and the Mojito was refreshing. Wish the buffet is back with modification and full service by the wait staff.
New Year’s Eve! The food was very good
Our reservation was at 8:30pm, I called the restaurant because I was going to be a little late due to the rain and the gentleman who answered rudely said that they would be closing at 9pm. It was me and my wife’s anniversary, so I was desperate to make it before 9, and we did, we made it at 8:50pm and they took us in and sat us down immediately but said we had to order food before 9 because the kitchen closes at 9pm (understandable). We ended up waiting for 15 minutes and there was no sign of the waiters. I had to get up and ask them to attend us. Besides the bad service and loud quinceñiera music down the hall, the food was good.
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT IT WAS COLD EVENING OUTSIDE AND A BIT TO CHILLY INSIDE.
We had a great Christmas Eve lunch here. The view was great and we loved the macaws and koi ponds out front also. The ceviche was one of the best we’ve ever had, and the lechon asado pork was delicious. The seafood paella was good too, but the pork was our favorite overall. Wonderful service as well.
We came here for my parents anniversary and Christmas dinner. Despite our reservations, we waited for 49 minutes. I was very unhappy with the hostess as she was unprofessional in more ways than one. She was clearly more focused on socializing with all the (busy) staff than tending to customers. My father was upset as to why we weren’t seated early as when there was at least 4 open tables while we were waiting. When we asked our hostess of how much longer will our wait, after 30 minutes of waiting, she claims that they are cleaning the tables. We then proceeded waiting an addition 19 minutes.
I can’t say the whole night was disappointing. Our waiter was pleasant, the service after we had our table was timely and the food was flavorful. Also the place was beautiful, the overhead music was enjoyable, however the very loud customers across from us ruined the ambiance. Overall it was a satisfactory night, I really wanted to love this place. If the service continues to be this way, I don’t think I would recommend this place for a pleasant special occasion. I felt a little disappointed with this visit and wished I had taken my family somewhere else.
The food here is absolutely delicious! The service is wonderful!
The only thing that really stops me from giving this restaurant 5 stars is the appearance. Let me explain. As soon as I walked in, I saw a beautiful Christmas tree; unfortunately, there were 3 plastic straws on the floor next to it. Then, my bf and I were seated at our table with a wonderful view...only we couldn't see the view as well as we had hoped because the windows were so dirty from the outside. Lastly, halfway through our meal, we noticed that there were two cloth napkins and one receipt underneath our table.
Honestly, this is a great place for date night, but I hope that the appearance of the restaurant improves soon so that Coco Palm can continue to do very well.
Took quite a while to be greeted, had reservations but they were not enough staff. Greeter was waiting tables, taking orders and seating people. All food came at same time appetizers with main dishes. Waiter slow to check back while we were eating and we needed more beverages etc. some food very good paella but ordered roast pork to go, portion was small and not as flavorful as it should have been. Feel overpriced for portion size but might try again. Portals roast pork plate taste much better. Although lunch time they ran out of ingredients for Cuban sandwiches, poor planning on that. Fried Calamari was overcooked and dry but flavorful ingredients, just need to cook less time
We went to Celebrate Birthdays. My Friend, who was back from Arizona having lived in Pomona for Many years and myself, my family has lived in the Pomona Valley area my whole life. We had both always admired Coco Palm and both had never been. We were so looking forward to a Wonderful Birthday Lunch, but we sadly disappointed. 15 minutes until we were even greeted at our table. Water finally came later. Food was ok, drink were good, but mine was my 2nd choice, as they were out of my 1st. No desert, no Happy Birthday wishes. No ambiance. Let Down by someplace I've wanted to go for years, as it Shinned upon the Hill. Sadly it's pretty dim these days
Food was great, server was super friendly. Things took a while but that worked since we wanted lots of visiting time. I think tables need to be a little further apart as it was uncomfortable to squeeze into my seat with other diners right on top of us. Also not good for social distancing needs. Some staff walked around with masks below their noses. Food was GREAT! Will likely return
Food was tasteless no flavor I don't recommend it I won't be going again
Food is excellent and the service is excellent !!! And the place is outstanding
Great food and service! Will go again!
Nice host and manager. Server was nice but extremely average. The food came out very hot but tasted average as well. Overall for price, the value isn’t there and i would not return.
Website didn’t mention that the Sunday Brunch style had changed. When our food came out, majority of our food was cold or luke warm. We were told that an item (shrimp cocktail) that was included in the brunch package was no longer available due to running out. The only reason we found this out was because after 15 minutes of receiving our meals, we noticed that item missing. Once we asked what would be compensated to replace the shrimp, the chef “found” more. We noticed that after our Shrimp came out, multiple orders of shrimp were being delivered to other tables, kind of odd. Not so great experience I must say.
We could not get an early table trough the app but upon arriving the staff accommodate us for an early sitting. Food and service was outstanding! Thank you Christal!!
Best service food and drinks were real good !! Environment was awesome
The view, food, service and atmosphere were fantastic. We went there to celebrate my daughter's 36th birthday. We all loved the placed and it was fitting for the occasion. We plan to go there again.
Coco Palms is always an amazing experience. I’ve held my birthday there a couple times and had dinner with family just recently, Thursday, 12/09/21. I enjoy everything about this place…the food, staff, view
Justice was a great waiter. Great food and drinks.
Server can’t have it together. First he said they dont have the bottle of wine I order but I saw he put it on the wrong table and gave us the wrong one. Mumbling, he said he partied the night before. Someone spilled marinara sauce on our table when they were serving the food and they just abruptly cover it with a dirty plate. No class, no decency, forces to hand you a plate or glass and not serve it as a fine dining would.
