Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Carnegie Diner & Café offers limited reservations 30% only and 70% walk in. We are brand new and we like to accommodate all of you. Carnegie Diner features an extensive all-day breakfast menu in addition to serving a wide selection of salads, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, steaks, fresh fish, pastas, desserts and more. All day breakfast items include a Classic Benedict with optional addition of lobster, Avocado Toast, a BLT Quinoa Bowl with chopped bacon and poached eggs, Steak and Eggs, and three eggs any style served with hash browns and bread. There are a dozen types of pancakes, decadent waffles and French Toast offered. The restaurant also features a full page of plant-based options.     My wife and I, who frequent the diner, recently brought a couple with us for their 1st visit. They were immediately impressed with the menu options and were blown away with the quality, preparation, and very generous portions of their menu choices. Our server Carlos, was amazing! The manager May, was engaging, funny, friendly, and entertaining. We loved her! Never had a negative experience at Carnegie.

    Food was excellent and service was even better. We celebrated our father's 70th birthday at Kelly's and our server, Miles, was exceptional. He took care of our every need and really made the experience special. We will definitely be back!
