This mother–daughter run dim sum cocktail bar is based in the heart of Mare Street. The authentic flavours are down to generations-old family recipes that head chef, Lily, grew up making and eating in Beijing.     Namak is an outstanding restaurant with quality service, top notch food and ambience, and a friendly and engaging manager who looks after his clients personally. It is great to have such a high quality restaurant locally. The pricing is extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality Indian food!

    Everything was superb, but the only concern was that there was no written menu, so you could see what you were eating. Of course, the charming and considerate staff told us about each course, but unfortunately, their accents obscured some of the ingredient names. Not a big problem, as we loved every dish, but it would have been more interesting if we could have heard all the special and intriguing ingredients that went into each surprising dish!

    Went for my son’s 15th birthday, he’s choice. He has allergies was explained how that worked & everything was separate to he’s food. Felt confident knowing he was being catered for properly. We was a table of 10 the food & drinks & service was good & everything was good. They brought my son a cake of he’s choice & everyone sang happy birthday to him after our ‘meal, which was a lovely touch.
