Ofrecemos cocina tradicional en Austin desde 1994. Para ello, empleamos los ingredientes más frescos que recibimos a diario en nuestra cocina. Todas las especialidades se elaboran a diario en el local. Para la cocción empleamos leña, no gas, al estilo tradicional. Puede que no sea la manera más rápida o la más económica de hacer negocios, pero para nosotros, es la única forma que existe. Queremos que cada comida sea memorable y deliciosa. Para ello, trabajamos mucho en la elaboración de las costillas y de la pechuga ahumadas, en filetear el pescado fresco, en cortar a mano la carne, preparando sopas caseras a diario y horneando el pan y los postres. Una diferencia que se puede saborear y por la que esperamos que vuelva. En Austin todo lo que hacemos es porque nuestros comensales lo merecen. Ponemos el acento en el nivel del servicio y la calidad que nos ayuda a prestarles el mejor servicio.

At Austin's, we've been cooking the old fashioned way since 1994. We start with the freshest ingredients we can find, delivered to our kitchen each day of the week. We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way. We want each meal you enjoy with us to be a memorable and delicious one; so we work hard preparing each dish to order, smoking ribs and brisket, filleting fresh fish, hand cutting steaks, preparing homemade soups daily and baking our fresh breads and desserts.     Had not visited BJs in quite some time. Food was much better than I remembered and I thoroughly enjoyed my Power Bowl! Demetrius was our server and he was great. Only downside was the noice level. As the evening progressed it became much louder and the tables are close together. Next time I would request a booth

    This was our first ever visit and we were very pleased with all aspects of our visit: venue was very warm and welcoming, friendly efficient service, and food was outstanding. We will very definitely be back.

    This was are first time here , we've been the one in Myrtle Beach many times , the atmosphere was fantastic, the food was great , the serving staff was excellent, they even went out of there way to make a drink that I can only get in Myrtle Beach, the band Bridge the Gap was really good , I will absolutely come back here again, the only thing is I wish the still had there souvenir shop

    Ou meals were very good. My husband had the ribs, delicious and I had a loaded baked potato and brussels sprouts, also yummy! Our service was wonderful! Our server was Lisa and she made our dinner experience very special.
