One of the best meals I’ve enjoyed in quite some time, served perfectly, wait staff were friendly without being overly attentive, glasses were looked after, pricing is good, great place to enjoy an intimate meal, noise was a little more than hoped but that seems to be everywhere now. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent pub food. Good serving sizes and wonderful staff. Not a bad wine list, including a good Heathcote shiraz. Whenever we're in Melbourne from Sydney, we catch up with family at the Laurel.

Great Trivia at the Metro, get a team together and come along!

Food was great as always - was a bit too loud to start off with, but much better later in the evening.

It was a Tuesday night and very quiet. Enjoyed a drink from the bar before ordering a meal which was served quickly and was delicious.
