The food and service was outstanding . The size of the portions were enough to feed two people. My wife and I will definitely return soon.

We chose Maxine’s for a date night to celebrate a month of special events. We were seated inside in the cozy dining room. We were served water as soon as we took our seats. The wait staff was present but patient. Our salads were perfectly timed, followed by the entrees. My hubby had the skillet lasagna - the portion was generous and delicious. I opted for the sea bass - it was served with sweet potato mash and asparagus. The combination of flavors was a wonderful surpise! We shared the salted caramel cheesecake for dessert. It was rich and creamy and a lovely combination of sweet and salty. To our delight, Maxine herself joined us for a champagne toast. We had a wonderful evening, and can’t wait for our next visit.

We chose this restaurant on a whim based on having a commitment in the area later that evening. The place was so quaint and eclectic. The food was amazing. We shared the smoked meatloaf and the hairline chicken. Service was fantastic. The date night special was perfect and an excellent value, offering an appetizer to share, two entrées and a dessert to share. I will definitely be returning to try some additional items on the menu. Pretzel bread pudding was delicious!

Took family from out of town for this experience. They really enjoyed the food and the unique setting. Very friendly staff. Excellent food with lots of choices. The only downside is the restaurant inside is quite small.

We returned to the Ritz for their Mother’s Day Tea and were absolutely thrilled to be served once again by Lorena, who is truly exceptional! We’ve had the pleasure of being in her care several times now, and each experience is more wonderful than the last. She bring such grace, warmth, and attention to detail—it’s like being welcomed by an old friend. From remembering our preferences to making each guest feel celebrated and special, Lorena elevates the entire experience. She is a true gem and one of the reasons we look forward to coming back time and time again!
