To us, modern Australian brunch is about mixing European cooking techniques with a broad range of flavours – from Asia to the Middle East. We took over the reins of Mammoth Café in August 2018, and since then we’ve been optimising our offering with the help of our in-house industry professionals. We pride ourselves on being a local hotspot and the first vital caffeine stop of your day. We are located on the edge of Armadale and Toorak, adjacent to Toorak train station. Our space was designed by Technē Architecture and features a north facing, plant filled interior with a spacious outdoor service area. Cooking with locally sourced quality ingredients and serving premium Inglewood coffee, our baristas and chefs are the best in the business.

    Fantastic meal. The $30 steak and chips were cooked to perfection and excellent value. The complimentary refill of chips was greatly appreciated, and the iced peach tea was very refreshing. Highly recommended. ☺️👏🥩🍟🍹🎖️

    My husband and I ordered the Salmon with roast pumpkin & broccolini and Irish Stew with mashed potato dishes, accompanied by Swan Bay Prosecco. Everything was absolutely delicious. We were so impressed that we sent pictures to friends, suggesting they try it. It's within walking distance from us, and the ambience of Maling Rd is wonderful. Hopefully, more people find this local treasure. The waitress was respectful, making sure that we received everything we needed. She asked the chef to adapt my husband's dish as he was unable to eat one ingredient that appeared on the menu. She was attentive, without being overbearing, as can happen in some restaurants. We definitely will return.
