Our taproom and kitchen, featuring 24 house-made beers on tap and American cuisine, centered on Smoked Meat and Barbecue, is a beer enthusiasts dream. A casual and friendly atmosphere, with quick and easy online order at your table service.Tucked away in the back of our production facilities in Niles, near the edge of Chicago, you'll be thrilled to discover us. We are a family owned brewery that welcomes everyone, including larger groups and families, to our expansive taproom/restaurant and backyard feel outdoor patio.Two breweries in one. Une Année , an Independent Craft Brewery makes fine Belgian and European inspired ales for all beer lovers, with an emphasis American Wild Ales (Sour Beers). Our second beer brand, Hubbard's Cave, houses our American style ales, with an emphasis on IPAs and Imperial Stouts.Kitchen closes at 8:30 Monday - Saturday, 7:30 on Sunday. We waitlist walkins when possible. Call if you have a larger group or are not seeing a reservation available.
