Oak & Embers proprietors spent years researching southern cuisine to offer you this experience. Their many trips to the Carolina’s, Georgia, Texas and Kentucky have brought to life an idea born from their love for great barbecue.The Oak & Embers menu offers homemade selections prepared from scratch. Great care goes into the preparation of each entrée. Brisket, pork, ribs, sausage and chicken are wood-smoked for hours to heighten flavor and texture—pink, tender meat is proof of the process. Lighter fare options include salads and flatbreads prepared with unique taste combinations to offer an escape from the mundane. Each entrée and side dish is cooked to order from recipes created from years of tasty research. This is a hidden gem in NE Ohio. Worth any length drive if you love fresh unique foods and perfect service. We found it by accident for Sunday brunch then returned a few weeks later for dinner. Beautifully decorated and the menu is always changing and perfect in every way!!!

We used to go to the Oak and Embers in Chesterland, but it recently closed. We tried the Hudson location and were very happy. It is a much nicer location. We were served by Erica and warmly welcomed by Gina. Excellent food. We will be back.
