Chef David Gussin's Prose Kitchen & Bar serves seasonal California cuisine with global influences on Ventura Blvd in Woodland Hills, as featured in the LA Times, Eater LA and The Infatuation. Signatures include Crab Rangoon Tortelli, Short Rib Rolled Lasagna and Miso-Glazed Black Cod, alongside an inventive cocktail program and curated wine list. Dinner nightly from 4:30 PM. Sunday through Thursday, Happy Hour runs 4:30 to 6 PM at the bar, lounge and patio, and Pasta Night is three courses for $49. Weekend brunch runs Saturday and Sunday, 10 AM to 2 PM. On the first Saturday of every month, First Edition takes over: a party brunch with a resident DJ and bottomless drinks. Groups of 10 to 25 can reserve a section of the dining room for birthdays, team dinners and celebrations, no buyout needed. Warm, refined and relaxed.
