La Hostess bastante payasa, ya contábamos con reserva y como faltaba 1 hr para q cerraran nos dijo que mejor nos fuéramos a otro lado xq los cocteles se dejaban de servir 30 minutos antes del cierre, obviamente no le hicimos caso . El mesero que nos tocó super amable y al platicarle lo de la hostess nos dijo q no era verdad que podían servir cocteles hasta que se cerrara el lugar. La comida muy buena y el mesero super!

Opened by Denver native and first generation Chinese Chef Tommy Lee, Hop Alley is a modern, regional Chinese restaurant inspired by traditional flavors, woks, wood fire and raucous energy. Located in the RINO arts district, this former soy sauce factory bridges the gap between the original Chinatown of the 1880s and the modern Denver dining scene. Uncle is Denver's premier ramen shop. Based on authenticity, but not bound by it, the West Wash Park location is a larger, airy space than the original Highlands shop, with an expanded menu. The pan-Asian menu consists of share plates, sushi, steamed buns, ramen, tsukemen, mazemen and entrees. Craft cocktails, sake, beer and small producer wines round out the offerings for a casual night out. We reserve a portion of our dining room for walk-in guests as well. Chef/Owner, Tommy Lee, has been nominated twice as a James Beard Semi-Finalist.
