My partner is gluten free and vegetarian, and they made a distinct menu for her that was just as good as ours. Excellent staff, both fun and attentive. For the money (we had two bottles of wine and a cocktail) it was really one of a kind.

The food was absolutely fantastic I couldn’t recommend more, each and every dish a different member of the kitchen team came and explained what there was and how it had all been cooked. Sitting over the kitchen creates a fantastic dining experience seeing how it all goes on and the kitchen staff / waiting staff were amazing. Never pass this opportunity up

Fabulous Sunday toast at 5pm - food was delightful we had 2 beef, one chicken and one pork belly roast and we were all delighted - clean plates all round and lovely service and setting

Our sunday roast was one of the best we have ever had. Staff very friendly and helpful and the setting was great. Would highly recommend and we will be going back.

We had a lovely evening at this historical pub. The atmosphere was calm, friendly and cosy and we enjoyed the delicious dinner amazingly cooked! Very friendly and polite staff and we will surely return soon because in 2 weeks they change the menu and I'm very keen to try their tenderloin pork squash linguine with fried sage! 😀 Last evening we had a absolutely amazing lamb! 🥂and the cheesecake and tiramisu was fantastic! 😋
