Founded in Seoul in 2019, Hojokban became known for reinterpreting classic Korean dishes with a contemporary touch. After opening in New York City in 2023, Hojokban opened its doors in LA in 2025, serving its take on Korean food (that may not always be entirely traditional, but always sincere and authentic).
