The Jambalaya is much better over rice than over spaghetti. Substituting rice is an option. The shrimp Po’boy was very good as were the French fries. We needed extra Remoulade sauce for the Po’Boy. The Gumbo was very good!! Our waiter often forgot things that we asked for. We waited a long time after asking, and then we flagged somebody down to bring Tabasco sauce and extra remoulade sauce.
