Calle Dao Bryant Park serves Cuban Chinese fusion in Midtown Manhattan, steps from Bryant Park and minutes from Grand Central. The kitchen draws on Havana's El Barrio Chino: Cuban Sandwich Spring Rolls, papas rellenas, Build-A-Bao, crispy wings, Cuban Fried Rice, Ropa Vieja Noodles, black rice seafood paella and chimichurri flank steak. Tres leches and flan to finish. Happy hour drinks run Monday through Friday from noon to 7pm and weekends from 4 to 7pm, with happy hour food daily from 4 to 7pm and a late night happy hour at the bar.
