At Asato's, we take inspiration from our 'small kid' time in Hawaii, recalling visits to the Crack Seed Shop (Candy Shop) and Family Potlucks for flavor inspirations. We transform those cherished flavor memories into a tasting menu.Our Flavor Lab Experience (Shave Ice Omakase) is currently only open Tuesday-Saturday with 2pm and 4pm seatings. We offer free validated parking in Hyatt Regency when booking our Flavor Lab Experience.
