More importantly, he always spent time in the top hat restaurant not only in Australian but also around the world. He was into in various cuisines and started learning by himself. He is the very talented self-learner as he had learnt about cuisine and accepted from people who had tried his delightful dishes.

    We had oysters, sashimi, warm sourdough, the curry pie and fish cheeseburger. It was all utterly delicious! The flavours and textures were en pointe. Our servers were efficient, warm and experienced. Looking forward to another visit soon.

    What an absolutely fantastic experience! My team and I had such a wonderful evening at Poly, and everyone absolutely loved it! The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was inviting, and the entire experience was truly memorable. It was the perfect setting for our team to come together, enjoy an incredible meal, and spend quality time with one another. We couldn’t have asked for a better evening. Thank you to the entire Poly team for such a lovely experience. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend it!

    Friendly and helpful staff, very personable. Delicious negronis with a range of interesting options. Food especially the focaccia and the pastas were sooo good. Gorgeous interior and great spots outside if the weather is good.
