El Tinity ha vuelto a abrir sus puertas en octubre con la misma filosofía, cultura y equipo y con un ambiente nuevo y refrescante. Conserva su toque sofisticado y sigue siendo uno de los restaurante de más relevancia en Clapham. La zona de comedor al aire libre tiene capacidad para 24 personas. El comedor puede acoger a 50 comensales que ahora podrán ver sin trabas la cocina de planta abierta desde sus asientos de banquete. Está decorado en suaves tonos verde jade y rosa viejo. El nuevo menú mantiene la fidelidad a su estilo y refleja la interpretación que Adam hace de los grandes clásicos, en un entorno relajante y asequible. La cocina presenta un menú de 3 platos con 6 entradas/platos fuertes y postres, todos a un precio individual. La oferta de vinos mantiene una excelente relación calidad precio con la lista del chef (solo hay que añadir el IVA y el descorche). La carta ha aumentado en calidad y cantidad y se ha extendido a 400 etiquetas que están expuestas en la bodega de la primera planta.

    We had a really lovely meal, the food was delicious (particularly the sea bass and lamb shank), the staff were welcoming and friendly and the cocktails were fabulous! Highly recommended!

    It was my first visit to Bollo House. I ate outside as the weather was nice and it was a very nice atmosphere with a very nice friendly waitress. I ‘ve just moved into the area and think I will be a frequent visitor.

    What an experience in a restaurant that actually listens to a diner and produces food that meets all expectations. Lovely staff and great space with lots of room for individual conversation. Lovely wine and liquor selection.
