Olia is an Armenian and European restaurant and all-day dining room inside The Glenmark Hotel, on North Brand in Glendale. Mornings bring specialty coffee, fresh pastries, and khachapuri baked to order from 8 AM, alongside shakshuka, benedicts and seasonal plates through brunch. Evenings turn to handmade pasta, pizza from the oven, branzino under spicy miso butter, and an eight-ounce dry-aged ribeye with chimichurri. The bar pours Armenian wine from Karas, Champagne by the glass, and a negroni built on Ararat brandy. Finish with kadaif, shredded filo over ashta custard and pistachios. Whether it is a slow weekend brunch, a date night, a business lunch or a celebration, Olia pairs ingredient-driven cooking with a warm, design-forward room. Private dining for up to 75 and outdoor seating are available. Open daily, 8 AM to 9 PM.
