Hinterhšfle offers Franconian cuisine in a former Volkach townhouse. Chef Florian Ršschert prepares interesting menu items using fresh, seasonal ingredients, including freshly caught fish from the restaurant's pool. Guests can come in and dine on the terrace, which features rain protection and heat for enjoyment all year long.
Hinterhšfle focuses on an ever-changing dining experience each season. Visitors can start the meal with house-made liver dumplings in beef broth or a warm or cold Volkacher antipasti. EntrŽe options include medallions of pork or roasted whole fish. Hinterhšfle also offers vegan dishes and meals tailored to other dietary needs.
