He is now a key figure in creating and introducing new dishes at OTON and OKAN.OTON was created by Moto the owner of sister restaurant OKAN and Takuma, OKAN and OTON’s food director. They known each other for 15 years and their relationship, like a mum and son, transcends just work, reflecting a familial bond that’s rooted in shared history and love of food.
