Sho Wagyu Steakhouse was an incredible place to dine! The food was absolutely fantastic, from start to finish. A lot of KBBQ places sell you on “all you can eat”, but the focus here is quality over quantity (and the quantity was more than enough!). There is a chef that cuts every meat selection to order. The care, precision, and detail he shows for each cut of meat is truly tangible in both the presentation of the meat at your table, but also at the counter where he prepares diner’s selections. Our server was delightfully knowledgeable about questions we had on the menu and was so attentive throughout our meal. Having the KBBQ prepared by a chef was quite a pleasant experience as well! He came to the table, introduced himself, and began to prepare our meat selections to the requested temperature of each guest. Don’t miss the yuzu salad, Korean fried chicken, and the kalbi. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes KBBQ. I cannot wait to go back!
