- LlarenDoradoTampa/Oeste de Florida Central •44 valoraciones5.0Fecha de la visita: 24 jul 2026At first, we were hesitant to make a reservation because they only had 3 reviews, but we found out they just joined open table and have been in business 3 years. Since their google review is 4.8, we took a chance and I'm glad we did! What a wonderful dinner. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. James was our fabulous waiter! We eat alot of sushi at places as high end as nobu. The fish was just as fresh and delicious. And the yakisoba was great too. Highly recommend!Más informaciónMadang Ai Sushi$$$$• Sushi• Gales del Norte•4,9
- JJosephDoradoPhiladelphia County •23 valoraciones5.0Fecha de la visita: 22 jul 2026Dinner at Provenance was one of the best dining experiences I've had in Philadelphia in a long time. Fine dining of this caliber is rare here, which made it exciting to find somewhere so ambitious and personal. The intimate dining room set the tone immediately — polished without being stiff, and welcoming enough that dining solo felt entirely comfortable. The food was the highlight. The menu moved naturally from bright, seafood-forward bites through vegetables and warm bread, into richer fish and meat courses, before closing on a lighter, fruit-driven finish. Flavors and textures shifted just enough to keep things interesting, and the whole meal flowed beautifully. I loved how classic French technique was layered with Korean flavors — fermentation, acidity, subtle heat, savory depth. The plating was intricate but never overshadowed the core ingredients. I added caviar to the squash blossom and uni course, which brought exactly the right salinity and texture, and swapped in American Wagyu for the duck — tender without tipping into fatty, so the beef's flavor came through. For beverages, I mixed alcoholic and nonalcoholic pairings. The wines complemented the food well, and the omija and tart cherry pairings were especially memorable. My one suggestion: more continuity in service. Several people presented dishes, and while everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, the rotating cast made things feel a bit fragmented. A single lead server guiding more of the meal, with a touch more presence from the kitchen team, would feel even more personal. At the end, I was sent home with a biscuit and jam, plus copies of the tasting and pairing menus — a thoughtful touch. I left thrilled Philadelphia has a restaurant doing something this distinctive, and I'll absolutely be back.Más informaciónProvenance$$$$• Francesa• Society Hill•4,9
