We do not accept bookings for drinks and snacks, however we accept walk-ins for this if space permits. A surcharge of up to 1.2% applies to credit card transactions. A surcharge of 10% applies on Sundays and 15% on Public Holidays. OUTSIDE SEATING: please note this is subject to the weather and we may not be able to move your reservation inside in the case of bad weather. Doju 〜 a combination of Head Chef/Owner Mika Chae’s hometown Jeollanam-do and Meju, a fermented, Korean soybean block. Set in an 1880s property on the corner of Curtain and Rathdowne streets, the site has been renovated to honour the heritage of the building. The food menu, developed by Chef Clement Pilatre, samples European cuisine and showcases seasonal produce and frequently changing dishes. The drinks list favours emerging wine producers, while also giving a nod to the classics. The Airo restaurant was a peaceful comfortable haven away from the hustle and bustle of the airport. Waiting and reception staff were personable, polished and responsive. Our meals were enjoyable. We thought the dessert menu was a bit expensive with limited choice, so we didn’t order. 0verall the catch up lunch with my sister and brother in law was a delightful experience. Thank you.

This is a marvellous restaurant for a quiet conversation, combined with excellent service and outstanding cuisine. And for those that enjoy wine and cocktails, this is a high point in the experience. The selections were excellent and everyone in our table of 6 would happily return when we next meet.
