It was lovely to visit an old haunt with my daughter, her husband, and grandkids, and to see the upgrades made to the hotel from times gone by. The decor was fresh, the place was spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet for a Friday night. The chicken schnitzel was a highlight: unlike at other restaurants, they coated the chicken in fresh panko breadcrumbs, making for an exciting, fresh take on an old favourite. Of note was also the chilli prawn pasta, which my grandson loved. The menu is simple, but much as you would expect for a pub with a small range of specials. The family voted that they would definitely be back. The kids also loved the ice cream doughnut sandwich for dessert. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pricing was competitive.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Blooming Cafe in Bankstown is an absolute gem! The food was beautifully presented, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The coffee was excellent, and the menu offers something for everyone. What really stood out was the warm, friendly service. The staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The café itself is beautifully decorated, making it the perfect place to catch up with friends or enjoy a quiet meal. If you’re looking for outstanding food, great coffee, exceptional service, and a lovely ambience, I highly recommend Blooming Cafe. I’ll definitely be back!
