The Last slice is a modern twist of the classic Lebanese style Pizza, known as Manoush. Located in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, established to share a piece of our culture with you! Manoush is a flatbread, traditionally topped with a drizzle of freshly pressed olive oil and tangy Zaatar (Oregano). But it doesn’t stop there! Other toppings such as various cheeses, veggies, labna (yoghurt spread) and meat are used to make the most tastiest flavoured Manoush. This dish is generally served for breakfast in the villages of Lebanon. The smell of manoush as it is being prepared will sure to make your stomach rumble and take you back to the markets of the middle east. In addition, we offer a variation of traditional middle eastern pastries such as Kaak, Pides and Scrolls. Be sure to pair it up with our aromatic freshly roasted coffee.     The staff were so welcoming not only to the adults, but also our children. The portion sizes are generous and we liked that rather than just a garden salad, we could select from 2 other choices of salad as the included side, along with chips! Staff were attentive to our needs but not bothersome. Will definitely be back 👍

    The food and service was excellent. A great menu especially the Gnocchi with Porcini Mushrooms. A very good wine list with reasonable pricing but a reserve cellar list too. Would highly recommend.

    Excellent food, the standard menu had a great selection, but the specials were excellent. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and service overall was excellent. It had a great atmosphere with good selection of wine and cocktails. Highly recommend.
