We offer a humble menu of traditional home-cooked pub dishes, using the best local producers and seasonal ingredients. Originally built in 1518, the building was the very first Guildhall in Windsor which was the meeting place for the Trinity Guild (the town traders) which since the 13th Century has provided the governing body for the town until it was turned into an inn & public house in 1689. There has been a pub on this site for almost 500 years and is one of the oldest establishments in the town, only a few of which are still standing.Located on Market Street, The Prince Harry is only 50 metres from Windsor Castle. We are proud of our part in Windsor history and continue to provide a traditional pub environment amongst the cobbles of the old town next to the historic Guildhall.Our menu includes traditional British favourites and all food is freshly cooked on-site, served from 12pm, to 5pm.We serve a fine Sunday roast until 6pm and we advise booking a table so that you can enjoy our traditional hospitality. Pop in for a pint.

    The Kings Cow is a very atmospheric venue. Designed with an intimate pallet, warm and inviting. The menu is small but exciting and the food exceptional. A great deal of thought and care has gone into this refurbished pub. I have to say I had some of the best pastry I have had served both in the Beef Pie & the two dessert tart's on the menu. The bread is superb & the cultured butter so good. The grilled vegetables & mashed potato set off the main meals perfectly. We left a jacket behind and had lunch the following day which was equally superb!!

    This was the most delicious roast chicken lunch I have had for a long time. The meat was cooked to perfection and all the vegetables were so tender and tasty. The atmosphere was perfect and the staff were highly attentive and friendly. I highly recommend a visit.

    Lovely local pub. We booked at the dining area which was perfect. Food and service were both Excellent! I have already been recommending The Plough to others.
