Our kitchen has no freezer. Food is purchased fresh daily. Meals are homemade in the restaurant kitchen just a few feet from where you are dining. We also ask to bare with us as it is hard to find staff and we try to keep the prices as low as possible due to the high food costs these days and also trying to find the product in these strange times. We only use top of the line high quality provisions. On weekends we have a 90 minute table time for 2 tops and 2 hour table time for larger then that on the earlier seatings.

    This was our 4th or 5th time dining here. Always a pleasure. We come for the great jazz and are always pleased with the food. Menu has evolved over the past 2 years and continues to be tasty. Love the fact that happy hour is long and includes mixed drinks as well as beer and wine. The jambalaya is amazing and you can never go wrong with the southern fried chicken - moist and tender and just the right amount of spices. Quantities are filling and we always end up taking home leftovers. Look forward to our next visit!
