Very nice meal. Clean restaurant staff very efficient and helpful.

This was our first time visiting Hermitage following a family recommendation. The restaurant is impressive, the food was fabulous (especially the sautéed mushrooms), the atmosphere was very lively and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. We’ll definitely be returning!

Made a last minute reservation after looking for great restaurants online as visiting from Manchester. All online feedback was incredible, so we took the plunge. Staff were really friendly, and knowledgeable. The cocktails are amazing, and made to the highest standard. The food is outstanding and great value for money considering the portion sizes. Would recommend a million times over, and we will most definitely make the 3.5hr trip just for the coffee steak again!

On the chef's recommendation, I tried the mussels "Thai style", as an alternative to white wine. The flavours blew me away! Served with skinny fries and a crisp white wine, it was a great combo. My partner opted for a lighter meal of fish soup, served as his main and was equally delighted. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A perfect evening, every bit as good as enjoying a quality night out anywhere Mediterranean.

Always enjoy our food at Otto's & our latest trip was no different! Came away more than satisfied. Must add, that our Waiting Staff were great, considering there only seemed to be 2 of them on a very busy evening.
