Making his way to the United States to work at the well known Cafe Boulud under the acclaimed Chef Daniel Boulud, From there he moved to the #1 ranked restaurant in the world by San Pellegrino, Eleven Madison Park in NYC. After spending 1 1/2 years there he moved to the west coast to work at the renowned SingleThread Farm and restaurant for 2 years as Sous Chef.Katrina Schult, Owner and GM of Hamdi restaurant comes from Lake George, NY. After school she took a job at the most well known 3 Michelin star restaurant on the west coast The French Laundry in Napa California for 3 years. From there she went to be apart of the opening team of SingleThread Farm and restaurant, and captained there for 5 years.Come join them in an evening of authentic Turkish flavors.
