Al dente Trattoria has been a Palm Springs institution since 1993. Founded by Bobby and Kendra Riccio, Al dente brings Tuscan-inspired cuisine, housemade sauces, and genuine hospitality to historic Palm Canyon Drive in downtown Palm Springs, within walking distance of major hotels, the convention center, shopping, and casinos. Kendra now leads the restaurant alongside Executive Chef Oscar, serving pastas, beef, veal, and fresh seafood in a casual fine dining atmosphere. Guest favorites include the housemade Bolognese, Pollo Parmigiana, and tiramisu for dessert, along with handcrafted cocktails like the Pear Martini.
