Where coastal charm meets community spirit. Nestled in the heart of Carlsbad Village, Cbar is a cozy bistro & wine bar. Our wine program is at the heart of the experience, featuring organic, small-batch, and natural wines sourced locally & internationally, each chosen for character and craftsmanship. From crisp whites and sparkling rosés to bold reds and earthy blends, every bottle tells a story.Guests can enjoy tastings, pairing flights, and monthly features alongside our seed oil–free menu. Whether it’s sparkling with artisan cheeses, a California red with flatbread, or a Provençal rosé with a seasonal salad, food and wine always speak the same language. Our passion for craft continues with an artisan barista bar serving small-batch, San Diego–roasted coffee, expertly pulled espressos, and seasonal specialties. Pair with a pastry—or take it to go just two blocks from the beach. Round it out with fresh dishes, handcrafted chocolate, craft beers, live music, and community events.
