Del Alma remains the best restaurant in Corvallis. The food is consistently delicious and the menu offers something for everyone. Highly recommend for a special evening out!

We had heard that this was one of the nicest restaurants in Corvallis, so we were excited to try it for a special occasion. The food was very good, the ambiance is nice, (although felt a little dated) The service though was very lacking for a fine dining establishment. Everyone was very nice - but the place was significantly under staffed (and it was an expected busy night - Parent's Weekend at Oregon State). As far as we could tell, there was one server for three different levels and more than dozen tables in our section. There was no one refilling waters, or checking if you needed anything. Took forever to get our drinks (also being run by overworked server). We will try somewhere else next time.

A jewel of a restaurant. We each had the halibut - zucchini fritters were a delectable bonus to the exquisite cooked fish. The underlying sauce had just the right amount of heat to make it interesing.. We appreciated te bread on the table with three different dipping sauces....loved the olives! This is one of best, hands down culinary experiences in Corvallis, Oregon.

The staff from my arrival and to my departure were attentive, intentional, helpful, and welcoming. The food and cocktails from presentation to flavors were amazing. Sitting at the bar as a party of me, myself and I was the best decision. I greatly appreciate the bartenders making sure I chose cocktails to perfectly complement each item serviced on the 3 course menu. I am definitely coming back and sitting at the bar again.
