   Our server (female brown hair) was terrific. They were obviously understaffed, but she was professional, very communicative, attentive and not rushing with any options or choices we had. She remembered us when we came back later trying to get a drink. We were unable to as there as one bartender and no way to get an order placed for a drink. The host was less than helpful when we were wanting to order a couple of drinks.

   Had a great night. Ordered the Lamb lollipops with the intention of ordering entrees afterwards. Ended up ordering the ahi tuna tostadas, the beets and Boursin, and the meatballs instead! Great food, solid drinks and extensive bourbon list. Loved it.

    Don’t expect anything less than an incredible restaurant in an incredible hotel. Everything at Dragonfly and ZAZA is a first class experience. As wonderful as the food and accommodations are, the service is paralleled nowhere else. ZAZA and Dragonfly are destinations in themselves.

    We dined at Dragonfly for our New Year’s Eve dinner. It was a great choice! Such a cute place to enjoy your time. Our waitress was so kind. The food was great and the drinks too!

    Renovations to bar area were occurring during our visit, so restaurant seating was in a large banquet room. It didn’t really feel like we were in a restaurant.

    Wanting to find a last minute restaurant for Christmas Eve in a reasonable proximity to church, Dragonfly popped up with my parameters. A delightful find. A perfect size for a quick bite or nice dinner. Service was okay. Looked like a fun bar-Cowboy game was on but did not interfere with our table. The Mahi Mahi was tender and tasty. Steak and pommes frites solid staple. My only complaint was the silly paper over the tablecloth.

    We were disappointed with the experience, but we suspect the evening was hampered by holiday parties keeping the kitchen and bar distracted. We ordered three cocktails, and had to send one back because it was missing an ingredient. Overall, not a lot of flavor in the drinks, which was very disappointing at the high price point. We orders the deviled eggs, which were pretty, but the caviar egg lacked flavor. We had the redfish (needed a sauce?) and the steak frites, which was good, but not amazing as the price would imply. We suspect this is better outside of the holiday season, but with so many other restaurants in the area to try, we don’t see returning back to this one.

    We booked for a Friday night girls' night out. The lamb lollipops were excellent but the drinks (hibiscus margarita and the mule) were only mediocre. Don't bother with the artichokes, there isn't enough there to warrant an appetizer. They were out of 50% of the deserts before 8pm (key lime pie and creme brulee), so we ordered the brownie and the cheesecake. We sent the pumpkin cheesecake back because it was terrible (tasteless and odd texture) and then the server came back and said, "I'm so sorry, we accidentally served you a really old cheesecake. We have some fresh if you would still like one". Nope. It seemed like the staff was more focused on the holiday parties and table turnover than our dining experience. There are better places in Dallas, look elsewhere.

    I had Thanksgiving dinner here. The restaurant was not crowded at all. However the wait staff was horrible! Very disrespectful when I asked for help. The food was also horrible. The Turkey was overcooked and under seasoned. This was NOT a great experience at all.

    The food was dry, especially the chicken. The batter on the chicken contained all the flavor but the chicken itself was flavorless and dry. The green beans still had stems on them, those should have been removed as part of prep. Short rib was also flavorless along with the carrots. A little salt goes a long way. Drinks were good though. Server was clearly overwhelmed but good.

    Great ambiance and an intimate setting can’t win out over significantly overpriced food and grocery store wine list. The meal was uninspiring, lacking flavor and again, even by luxury hotel restaurant standards, significantly overpriced for what you received. Perhaps a Monday night is not their best effort but food, service and wine likely don’t vary that much. Great spot for a drink.

    In town for business. The appetizers were amazing. Brussels the best. Calamari was tender fresh and crispy. Sauce super good! Two people got the chicken thought it was good but drowning in the honey. Next time honey on the side. Waitress was super. Definitely recommend.

    We chose to eat lunch outside on the patio in spite of the heat, which was fine because of the fans. Everyone with whom we interacted in the hotel and restaurant was friendly and welcoming, except for the waiter. He was polite enough but not attentive. The burrata with blistered tomatoes was good. The zucchini carpaccio was fairly good. The calamari were fried to a dark grey-brown and the batter was thick. I have had wonderful breakfasts there in the past and was hoping for more from the lunch. It was especially disappointing because I took two friends there as a treat.

    Fun atmosphere, great food and service was excellent. Danielle was our server and was attentive yet not pushy. We had several appetizers, cocktails, and dinner. The Buttermilk chicken was sooo good! What I was most impressed with was the way the entire team worked to make it feel like we were VIP the whole time. Dirty plates were moved quickly drinks refilled fast yet not to fast, silverware change out wasn't excessive and overall probably the best dinner experience in awhile. The cost of the dinner was worth it. Would recommend!
