The menu also features amazing appetizers, salads, and coastal pastas to complement our wide selection of steaks, chops, seafoods and amazing sharable plates. The locale is modeled after the great grills of New York and The Hamptons offering beautiful views of the Marjorie Reservoir, vaulted ceilings, and a rustic natural elegance. Our philosophy is simple. We wanted to create a place where our guests and co-workers are happy to be. Our food is procured locally as much as possible, and our culinary mantra is to buy good products and treat them with respect. This mantra is also reflected in our service model. We aren’t a stuffy “fine dining” restaurant, and we want all our guests to feel comfortable and spoiled when dining with us.

They would drive animals down post roads to the New York City markets, and sell them “for as good a price as they could get.” Today Old Drovers Inn offers a unique casual dining experience including pub night every Wednesday. Be sure to have a specialty cocktail featured on our cocktail menus. We are proud to have won the last 4 years Chronogrammies Best of the Hudson Valley for: Bartender, Craft Cocktail, waitstaff and service, burger, pretzel, Wedding coordinator and best fine dining in the entire Hudson Valley

    Lily our server made us feel so welcome!! She sat us at our favorite table and made me my favorite drink that wasn’t on the menu anymore!! My family and I love all the delicious food and we always have the most wonderful time at this beautiful restaurant!! We will be back again and again!! The lamb chops were cooked to perfection and the short ribs are amazing!!! We dip the bread into the gravy and never leave a morsel!! The chef is wonderful and all the staff are friendly and so attentive!! Thank you!!
