I visited Gaucho Richmond again yesterday for lunch with a friend, and once again it was an excellent experience. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and we had the pleasure of being looked after by Mervin again. He is always friendly, attentive, and professional, making every visit feel special. I’ve been to Gaucho Richmond many times, and the quality of both the food and service is consistently excellent. It’s one of my favourite places to dine. I also have to mention our visit last Sunday, which was particularly memorable thanks to the live music. The saxophone performance created such a wonderful atmosphere and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended – I can’t wait to come back again!

We were a group and the setting was fabulous and we had fun. Nice food and good service. Accommodated us with a table outside for coffee and further drinks.

We had a really lovely experience. What I liked the most was how well the staff treated us. Everyone was kind, polite and welcoming, especially the young man who speaks Spanish. He was absolutely lovely and made us feel special from the moment we arrived. He was friendly, sweet and genuinely cared about making us feel welcome. Thank you for that. The place is beautiful, and I will definitely be coming back. It’s not cheap, but the quality of the experience makes it worth it. We ordered three beers and three dinners. The only small issue was that our food arrived before our drinks, and it would have been nicer to receive the drinks first. My meal was delicious. However, the person who ordered the burger said it was cold. He was too embarrassed to send it back, but the staff were so lovely that I’m sure they would have sorted it out straight away if we had mentioned it. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to visiting again. Thank you!
