Bar Gabi is a modern, chef-driven Romanian restaurant in Hazel Park, Mich., from husband and wife culinary team Gabriel and Gabriela Botezan. Inspired by Romania’s culinary traditions, modern Bucharest, and their training in top Italian kitchens of Metro Detroit, Bar Gabi is one of the only restaurants of its kind in all of North America.
