Fabbrica Pasta Shop is a vibrant restaurant and retail space in Sydney's CBD, serving seasonal snacks and house-made pasta, alongside minimal-intervention Italian wine. The first of the Fabbricas, it was in 2020 that the CBD swung open its doors. The pasta extruder became the heart of the concept, producing traditional Italian shapes, with a selection of innovative sauces, snacks, produce and wine, ready to take home or polish off on the spot.Today, Fabbrica CBD is a vibrant restaurant and while you dine, you can still find a selection of our favourite products on shelf, too.On the menu, there will always be the Fabbrica classics like zucchini flowers filled with ricotta and drizzled with hot honey, cacio e pepe and tiramisu, as well as a few dishes exclusive to our CBD venue.
