Stella, the restaurant at the Ghost Light Inn, is inspired by seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans. The restaurant offers over 100 seats for indoor and outdoor dining, plus separate private spaces for events and gatherings. Inside, the main dining room showcases river views, a welcoming bar, freestanding tables, and cozy booths centered around a glowing gas fireplace. Outside, the deck features freestanding tables, counter seating, a wood-burning fireplace, overhead heaters, and screens that can be raised or lowered to enclose the space when needed. During the summer months, the ground-floor waterfront areas open for additional dining. Guests can enjoy the outdoor bar with high-top and regular seating under a covered patio, or settle at one of the umbrella-shaded tables along the promenade. Red Adirondack chairs on the promenade and the nearby grassy knoll invite guests to relax with a beverage and soak in the sweeping river views.
